Job description

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time permanent basis based in Great Yarmouth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Completing wages and timesheets.
  • Entering purchase invoices.
  • Entering subcontract invoices.
  • Preparing the P32, P60 and submitting the RTI and information to the HMRC.
  • Sorting out holiday pay etc. and days.
  • Any administration duties.
  • Using an in-house system (training provided).

Person Specification:

  • Accounts experience.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • A team player who is willing to develop within the company.

Working hours:

  • 2 – 3 days a week.
  • 08:00 – 17:30
