P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Onsite Construction Manager to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Overseeing general site operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
Coordinating and supervising all on-site trades and subcontractors.
Proactively resolving conflicts and addressing issues to minimise delays.
Leading progress meetings and preparing regular project status reports.
Contributing to programme planning and providing timely updates.
Maintaining daily communication with the client to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with the Management to support project delivery.
Person Specification:
Experienced in similar projects in the food / hygiene industry.
Experienced in multi trade management.
Confident / approachable manner.
Team player.
Flexibility.
Qualifications in Safety / Site Management (SMSTS Minimum).
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Occasional weekend work – paid at an overtime rate.
