Job description

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Yard Operative to join their team based in Great Yarmouth.

Main Responsibilities:

Tank and CCU Inspection:

  • Visual inspection of helifuel and chemical tanks pre and post rental as per FRM 128AB.
  • Visual inspection of containers and cargo baskets pre and post rental as per OEGQ-FO-191.
  • Units preparation for dispatch.

Tank/ CCU Maintenance:

  • Painting and refurbishment.
  • Washing and cleaning.
  • Tank/container components removal and fitment.

Workshop:

  • Housekeeping.
  • Tool control.
  • HAVS control.

Yard:

  • Housekeeping.
  • Traffic control.
  • Tank/ Units movement by forklift.
  • Other general duties around yard and the premises.

Person Specification:

  • Forklift license (B2 preferable)
  • Physically fit

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 40 hours
