Production Operator

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for No3 Press Operator on a full-time, temporary basis on-going, located in Norwich.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
• Pack labels into cartons as Sinclair specification.
• Complete quality control checks as Sinclair specification.
• Mount/demount plates in line with production schedule.
• Help with label dispatch as required and trained.
• Step up to No2 role as required in line with personal skills.
• To abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety.
• To ensure you read, understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company’s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time.
• To adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Line Manager.

Person Specification:

• Maintains confidentiality.
• Good communicator.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• To be able to adapt to new tasks or responsibilities as required.
• Performing General Physical Activities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Enthusiastic understanding of production procedures.
• Flexographic print experience.

Working Benefits:

• Monday – Thursday: 15:30 - 22:45
• Friday: 12:00 - 17:45
