General Builder

We are looking for an experienced General Builder to support a range of adaptation, access, and construction projects. This role will involve brickwork, concrete paths, step units, rendering, face brickwork, and general making good works

for our client based in Norfolk (Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Norwich).

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out general building works on residential, commercial, and adaptation projects
• Construct concrete paths, hard standings, and step units
• Complete brickwork, including face brickwork and structural making good
• Undertake rendering and finishing works to a good standard
• Make good around newly installed UPVC doors
• Widening Internal and External Doorways
• Work from site drawings, job sheets, and instructions
• Ensure works are completed safely, neatly, and to a high standard
• Communicate clearly with site managers, office staff, and customers

Ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a general builder
• Good knowledge of brickwork, concrete, rendering, and general construction
• Ability to complete making good works to a presentable finish
• Full UK driving licence
• Good work ethic and ability to work independently
• CSCS Card (Desirable)
• DBS Check (Desirable)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00
