Job description
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team based in Birmingham on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
General administrative duties.
Data entry.
Producing contract letters.
Using Excel spreadsheets to maintain information.
Book occupational health medical appointments.
Support the HR Manager with any administration.
Person Specification:
Able to use Microsoft Excel.
Experience within an office environment.
Strong administrative skills.
Working Benefits & Hours:
Monday – Friday 35 hours per week (flexible).
4 days working in the office, 1 day working from home.
Up to 35 days holiday.
Pension scheme.
Free travel pass for all company trains and 75% off any other train line.
