P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a PA/Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Typing and arranging property details, inventories, letters and general admin
Answering telephones for commercial and lettings department
Dealing with property enquiries across commercial and lettings department
Arranging diaries
PA tasks for Managing Director
Potential for dealing with accounts
Person Specification:
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
