P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently recruiting a Book Keeper to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a part time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reconciling card receipts on ERP System & Sage 50.
- Entering purchase invoices onto the system including petty cash receipts.
- Sending customer invoices.
- Sending customer statements.
- Taking customer payments & helping with any customer account queries.
- Dealing with supplier account queries.
- Intercompany payment transfers on Sage.
- Bank reconciliations on Sage 50.
Person Specification:
- Competent use of IT and good typing skills.
- Confident and proactive, able to take the initiative to resolve issues and hold others accountable.
- Team player who can communicate well and work closely with others, acting as a touch point for multiple teams so that everyone is consistently communicated with.
- Good phone manner and able to remain professional under pressure.
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Familiar with Sage 50 (Desirable).
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 15 – 20 Hours per Week.
- Pension contributions.
