P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service team. Their Head of Customer Experience will facilitate on-site training to prepare the successful candidate to provide exceptional service to their new and existing customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer Enquiries via phone and email, in a prompt and friendly manner.
Processing customer orders through the website, email and phone.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Follow up with customers after resolving their issues to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
Person Specification:
Have an excellent work ethic.
Be polite, honest and personable.
Have fluent, confident and upbeat phone etiquette.
Be familiar with using a PC and have great written English.
Ideally have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.
