P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrator, to join their team on a temporary, part time contract based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Responsibilities:
• Operating the switchboard (training will be provided)
• Answering incoming calls
• Using Navision software (training will be provided)
• Raising invoices and emailing these out
• Dealing with incoming post and creating labels.

Skills:
• Must be very confident using MS Outlook
• Good communication skills

Hours:
• Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am – 16:30 pm
