P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team based in Norwich on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Description - Parts Advisor
• Supplying parts via the front and back counter
• Supplying to retail and trade customers
• Stock checks
• Customer service
• Supplying technicians with parts
• Ordering stock
• Purchasing stock
• Taking orders and up selling by phone
• Face to face sales
The Successful Applicant
• Technical Qualification or proven experience of Parts Retail and/or trade - strong sales focus
• The ability to work under pressure, actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks are all key attributes
• Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor
• All works must be accurate and consistent adhering to all processes and procedures
