P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting an Office Junior to join their team based in Great Yarmouth, on a full-time permanent basis. This would be joining our clients busy finance and crewing teams.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing a career in the Offshore and Renewable industry.
No previous experience is required as you will receive a wide range of training including studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 2 or studying for an NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration.
Within the finance team you will be assisting with the preparation of the company’s management accounts by supporting the day-to-day operation and carrying out general administrative duties required by the accounting department. This will include matching purchase orders to invoices, coding and processing of invoices to the accounts system.
Our crewing team are accountable for crew movements to our fleet of vessels and also keeping training certificates up to date with the most current requirements.
You will assist with the above and assisting with the general administrative duties required.
