P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Driving Resourcer, to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract based in Thurmaston, Leicester.

This role will be working on a large recruitment drive sourcing candidates for specific roles. You will play a pivotal part within the recruitment process and work within the larger team to fill these roles and ensure that processes and procedures are followed.

Person Specification:
• Be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels with a strong customer focus over the phone.
• Be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people.
