P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Audio Typist to join their team based in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will have previous digital audio transcription experience to join a successful business operations department in supporting a well-established and forward thinking property firm who are specialists in estate agency, lettings, block and estate management and chartered surveying across East Anglia and the Midlands. This job also provides scope for a role in business operations administration including HR and Payroll services.
You must have a minimum typing speed of 80 wpm with a proven commitment to accuracy at a rate of 99%
Excellent knowledge of the English language with a particular emphasis on spelling, punctuation and grammar
Attention to detail
Effective listening and concentration skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to work within deadlines
Previous audio transcription experience within chartered surveying will be highly regarded, however training will also be provided to the successful candidate.
A considerable knowledge of Microsoft Word is required as you will be typing building surveys via audio dictation, as well as completing administration tasks such as organising post, answering internal telephone enquiries and actioning template letters and reports.
