P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team based in Beccles on a part time, temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• Reconcile Supplier statement
• Obtaining prices and placing orders
• Document scanning
• Electricity re-charges
• Labour breakdown
• Electronic folder tidying
• Answer telephone and dealing with some enquiries
• Chase Debt
• Data entry
This role would suit a part time candidate available to work 3 days per week approximately 12 hours a week although this can be flexible.
