After following his dream of being a professional footballer for 13 years Paul has slotted into the recruitment industry with ease! Paul has only been within the Recruitment Industry for just over 10 years but since day one in the business Paul has a unique way of developing business, retaining and converted mainly leading blue chip companies. Paul displays passion for the P+S brand with his own unique way to setup new divisions and sectors of the company. Paul’s Specialist areas are high volume temporary employees within the Warehouse, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial and Fabric Maintenance.
Paul is determined, passionate and driven to succeed, and most of all to deliver a 1st class service to his clients.
Sales & Marketing Director
Sharon has over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry and was head-hunted to recruitment by leading specialists Kelly Services. During her career, Sharon has worked for three High Street agencies and built excellent relationships with her no nonsense approach to recruitment. In setting up her own agency with brother Paul in 2006, Sharon has gone on to win Special Recognition Awards (twice) for her services to the Recruitment Industry, ran her own Women in Business networking groups and has stood for the local Council. Sharon has also worked with many local schools/colleges to help and instil work ethics and “soft skills” to our next generation.
Its imperative that the finances of any business are controlled, and in P+S this job lays with Mark O'Mahony. Mark works in P+S Personnel on a part-time basis and has steered the company through tough economic challenges. Mark is also involved in new company developments, strategically planning the growth and any launching of new products and services to the P+S brand. Marks vision, straight talking approach and passion for the company joins the dynamic of Paul and Sharon to make a unique trio.
