As someone who found the idea of jobhunting a bit daunting before I started, the help I recieved from Alison was a godsend. Things were explained to me at every step of the way and support was given wherever I needed it. I have had a lot of experience with agencies and their staff and my experience is they are either really good, or really bad. P+S Personnel is a really good one and especially if all the staff are like Alison Walter. Has a good understanding of the company and their needs and how to match the right candidates, not just sending you for interviews on a gamble that you might get it which some agencies do.
