P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking Construction Commercial Manager to join their team based in Suffolk on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and hire in line with agreed annual budget.
- Leading ideas engaging the team along the way.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high, and in line with company policy.
- Development of team including recruitment and also the retention of key people.
- Managing commercial and financial risks.
- Product and service development.
- Join the senior leadership team to help steer the company strategy.
- Managing a division.
Person Specification:
- Experience of building regulations.
- Be practical in your approach.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or architecture (Desirable).
- Must be able to read technical building drawings.
- Management experience.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
- 45 minute lunch break
