Process Engineer

Description :
Our client is seeking to recruit to the position of Process Engineer for a six month contract based at their offices in Great Yarmouth.
Key attributes
- UK oil & gas experience essential
- Must be degree qualified (chemical engineering) & chartered would be an advantage
- Able to develop conceptual/feasibility/FEED studies for projects including tie-backs to existing platforms
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and carryout range of process calculations
- Able to produce/amend P&IDs, operating procedures, C&E diagrams, control/operating philosophies
- Able to produce datasheets/specifications for equipment
- Fully conversant with safety assessments e.g. HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies etc
- Conversant with HYSYS
- Able to work well within a small multi-discipline team
- Experience of operational support/site work would be beneficial
- Self managed (although both positions will report to a senior engineer)
- Familiarity with workpacks and construction/commissioning activities would be beneficial.
Salary £45 - £65 per hour.
