Our client is looking to recruit to the position of Sales Manager based at their offices near Great Yarmouth reporting to the Technical & Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Newly created role introduced as a result of recent capital investment in sag bend/chemical toughening technologies.
- Responsible for helping the business grow into the super yacht market
- Must have proven track record in international sales to marine OEMs.
- Dynamic and determined individual with strong communication skills essential.
- Must be experienced in dealing with key decision makers at senior level.
- Must be numerate and although there is a quotations department to support, have the ability to prepare quotations if required.
- Marketing knowledge preferred.
- European languages an advantage
- Regular travel to Europe and sometimes beyond.
Package
Hours: 40 hour working week + additional hours where necessary to ensure successful completion of responsibilities.
8.30am – 5pm (Monday - Friday) lunch break 1pm - 1.30pm
Holiday: 25 days (c10 days to be retained for fixed holidays for Summer and Christmas shutdowns)
Remuneration: Salary of c£35k+; fully expensed company car, pension contributions, incentive scheme, sick pay scheme
