P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Senior AppStore & Partnerships Business Analyst to join their team based in Norwich. This role will be to ensure business goals are understood and requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria are accurately articulated between business owners and technical groups in a quality-focused agile environment. Work collaboratively with product/development/test colleagues in order to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Identify, define and record both user and functional requirements through interacting with the relevant stakeholders including customers.
? Documenting user feedback and requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
? Create detailed user stories.
? Define acceptance criteria.
? User acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality as and when required by the business.
? Engaging with the community platform to document requirements.
? Conducting BA reviews on all work items before submitting for PO review.
? Collaborating with partners to ensure alignment with strategic vision
? Presenting requirements and project briefs to Product Owner and leadership team.
? Conducting regular market analysis to ensure relevance of all apps and integrations
? Conducting regular reviews of existing partnerships and determining if they are still required
? Conducting partner reviews on an annual basis and updating relevant agreements with Product Owner
? Own the development and documentation of App Store improvements
? Completion of marketecture and scoring documentation for each project.
? Accountable for the delivery of training for apps and partnerships throughout the business in conjunction with the Junior Business Analyst
? Review of content materials created by the Junior Business Analyst
? Accountable for communicating financial targets to the business for apps and partnerships
? Communicating with department stakeholders on targets and training dates.
? Own the requirements documentation throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
? In the BA review ensure all acceptance criteria is delivered
? Provide updates to Product Owner on missed deliverables or risk factors.
? Represent Product and Customers interests in development planning meetings
? Support Product Owner in the creation and maintenance of roadmaps in line with product vision.
? Compile high level estimates and indicative costs from various technical and non technical sources, often to a tight deadline.
? Supporting Product Owner in any roadmap requirements
? Occasional travel is required, with overnight stays where applicable.
