P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a QHSE Advisor to join their team based in Lowestoft.

Quality Responsibilities:
• Preparing and maintaining annual internal audit schedule
• Conducting audits
• Liaise with 3rd part external bodies
• Coordinate and host external audits – DNV, BSI and Clients
• Input to enquiries and tenders
• Quality focal point on projects
• Policies (includes HSE aspects)
• Maintain integrated Management System Manual
• Maintain and update procedures
• Develop procedures
• Maintain Master Document Register
• Maintain Action Tracking Register
• Inspection and Test plans
• Coordinate and minute Management System Review meetings
• Raise, maintain and monitor NCR’s
• Have an understanding of relevant legislative requirements including BS EN 1090, PED etc.
• Have an understanding of relevant standards including BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001 * OHSAS 18001 / BS ISO45001
• Obtain customer feedback / satisfaction annually and review for actions

HSE Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor risk assessments
• Maintain Risk Assessment register for updates
• Monthly HSE statistics
• Monthly Energy usage charts
• Fire arrangements
• First Aid arrangements
• Facilities register
• Lead accident / incident investigations and compile reports
• Maintain legislation and standards register
• Review aspects and impacts register
• HSE focal point on projects
• Updated COSHH assessments
• Develop CDM related documentation
• General safety walk rounds
• Administer FPAL database, submission of updated documents
• Migration from OHSAS18001 to BS ISO 45001:2018 (target for approval at 2020 DNV audit)
