to join our team.
Answering the phone and transferring calls to the
relevant consultant or taking messages
Formatting CV’s to company house style
Advertising jobs on internal and external job boards
Liaising with office suppliers
Assisting 8 busy consultants
Dealing with outgoing postal requirements such as
invoices and wage slips
Using CRM system to add candidates and upload relevant
Filing of registration documents
Printing of any relevant paperwork when required
Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft
packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills coupled with a good
Ability to absorb information
Initiative to think on your feet and create new ideas
Work extremely well within a team
Enthusiastic, hardworking, honest and reliable
A minimum of 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including
English and Maths
