Paul Gibbs - Operations Director
After following his dream of being a professional footballer, Paul has slotted into the recruitment industry with ease! Paul has only been within the Recruitment Industry for just over 3 years but since day one in the business Paul has a unique way of developing business, retaining and converted mainly leading blue chip companies, and his greatest achievement would have been to have billed solely in his first year over £800K and to be voted as Best Boss by his staff in 2008!
Sharon O'Mahony FRIP CertRP - Sales and Marketing Director
Sharon has over 10 years experience in the Recruitment Industry and was head-hunted to recruitment by leading specialists Kelly Services. During her career, Sharon has worked for three High Street agencies and built excellent relationships with her no nonsense approach to recruitment. In setting up her own agency with brother Paul in 2006, Sharon has gone on to win Special Recognition Awards (twice) for her services to the Recruitment Industry, runs her own Women in Business networking group, based in Thetford and has also stood for County Council and works hard with outside agencies such as Connexions and local high schools assisting with the development of the local school children.
Mark Dolman MRIP MRIC - Regional Industrial Manager
Mark has been within the recruitment industry for over six years, always based within the Industrial sector dealing with many leading and prestigious client. His drive and determination reflects the P&S ethos together with his passion and enthusiasm for the industry. Mark will be based at our Great Yarmouth branch however, he will regularly be visiting and working with our Thetford team.
Nina Murphy MREC CertRP - Recruitment Specialist
Working with the company since April 2007. Nina is qualified within the recruitment industry and has 11 years of experience. Working with passion and dedication to meet client and candidate needs. Nina is based at Great Yarmouth and has worked within numerous commercial sectors. Offering a thorough and tailored service to understand your business and its requirements. Nina strives to build rapport to ensure a proactive and professional service.
Nick Hunter - Senior Recruitment Specialist
Nick is an experienced Manager and Senior Recruiter with a long history of recruiting Specialist IT, Engineering, Supply Chain and Executive positions. Nick is based within our Thetford branch and has excelled since joining the company in March 09. Nick has recruited internationally as well as locally earning him a wealth of knowledge within many commercial markets. Due to Nick's varied technical knowledge and specialist experience he is able to offer a private and consultative approach that suits each individual.
Gemma Hamblin - Recruitment Specialist
Gemma joined the Thetford location in early 2008 after a brief period as a resourcer for another high street recruitment industry. Gemma's relentless enthusiasm and energy has been a massive contributer to the Thetford location. Dealing mainly with the temporary side of the business, Gemma is always on hand to offer temps advice, support and even just a smile!
Steve Brown - Recruitment Specialist Construction
Steve joined P&S Construction at its inception in 2008. After working within the construction division for just under a year, Steve was looking for the next challenge and a way to broaden his horizon in taking quality recruitment into the Construction areas. A true "People Person" Steve is often in challenging environments but always remains calm under pressure, loyal and driven.
Susan Greengrass - Branch Administrator
Susan joined P&S Personnel in May 2010 taking on the new role of Branch Administrator based at our Great Yarmouth branch supporting both teams at Yarmouth and Thetford. Prior to joining P&S Susan worked as a PA for a number of years most recently within the leisure industry in Nottinghamshire and previously spending seven years commuting to London working at a very senior level for prestigious companies such as Grant Thornton and The Topland Group. She brings with her a wealth of experience and will provide the much needed support that the P&S team needs.
